Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of wefixfences.ca, the instant quote, the customer hub, and the Lean On Me connector for AI assistants (Meta Muse, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude and similar). By using any of them you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who we are

Lean On Me provides in-place wooden fence post repair using its patented structural steel fixture, delivered by local franchise teams across Canada and parts of the United States. Contact: 1-877-456-9535, https://wefixfences.ca.

2. Quotes and estimates

3. Photos

Photos you send us are used to assess the repair, plan the visit and document the work. They may be reviewed by our staff and by automated review tools. You confirm you have the right to share them. We do not publish your photos without your permission.

4. Booking, access and cancellation

5. Payment

Payment is due after the work is completed, by the methods shown on your invoice. Prices are in Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars in the United States, plus applicable taxes.

6. Warranty

Every repair carries Lean On Me's 10-year written warranty covering labour and materials on the repaired post. The warranty does not cover damage from vehicles, construction, flooding, fire, or alterations by others, and it does not extend to fence boards, rails or posts we did not repair. Warranty terms are provided with your invoice.

7. Using Lean On Me through an AI assistant

8. Messages

When you request a quote we send confirmations and service messages by text and email to the contact you provide. Reply STOP to any text to end texts; you can still reach us by phone. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or connector to request quotes for people without their permission, to probe or overload our systems, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel service in these cases.

10. Liability

Our responsibility for a repair is set out in the warranty above. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your province or state.
