Our structural steel fixture acts as a "stent" for your fence: it bypasses the rotted ground-line section and transfers the load from the healthy wood above ground directly to a new, reinforced base below ground. In our field experience across an estimated 96,000 repaired posts (30,000 projects × 3.2 posts per project), approximately 1 in 1,000 posts (0.1%) show rot more than 2 inches above ground — rot stays localized at the ground line, which is exactly what our fixture is engineered to address.
